Reiki - 75 minutes

Your Reiki session starts with a short discussion on what your focus and intention is for the treatment that day followed by some compression and relaxation techniques to help ground you. We will then move into the Reiki portion of the treatment. The Reiki component is anywhere from 30-45 minutes. We complete the session with a short review.

Combination of Reiki and Champissage (Indian Head MAssage) 75 minutes

This treatment combines 30 minutes of Indian Head Massage followed by a 45 minute Reiki Session. The best of both worlds and a crowd favourite.

Reiki - 30 minutes

This is a new service added for people that regularly have Reiki treatments and that want to stop in and have a quick reconnection with themselves. This 30 minute session is also good for people that would like to give Reiki a try before committing to a full 75 minute treatment.
